WeTal Lab AB

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 14 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform operated by WeTal Lab AB, registration number 559215-2465, registered address Bondegatan 45, 116 33 Stockholm, Sweden ("WeTal", "we", "us"), including its website and any mobile application (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "User" means anyone who creates an account on the Platform, including Candidates and Company Users.
  • "Candidate" means a User who creates a profile to seek job opportunities.
  • "Company" or "Company User" means a User who represents a business sourcing candidates through the Platform.
  • "Content" means any information, text, images, video, or documents (including CVs) uploaded or submitted to the Platform.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be old enough to lawfully enter employment in your jurisdiction to create a Candidate account, and must have authority to bind the company you represent to create a Company account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Description of the service

WeTal provides an online platform that helps connect Candidates with Companies for recruitment and staffing purposes. WeTal is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, any employment or engagement arrangement between a Candidate and a Company. We do not guarantee that any particular role, candidate, or hire will result from use of the Platform.

5. Fees and payment

Candidate accounts are free to use. Company access to sourcing and outsourcing features is subject to the fees, subscription terms, invoicing, and commitment period set out in the applicable order form or partner agreement between the Company and WeTal (the "Partner Agreement"). Where these Terms and a Partner Agreement conflict on commercial terms, the Partner Agreement controls. Unless stated otherwise in the Partner Agreement: fees are invoiced in advance, are non-refundable once the relevant service period has started, and late payments may result in suspension of Company access.

6. User obligations and prohibited conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in a CV or company profile.
  • Upload Content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, defamatory, or contains another person's personal data without a lawful basis to share it.
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications outside its intended purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation.
  • Use another person's account, or share your credentials with others.

7. Content ownership and license

You retain ownership of the Content you submit (including your CV, profile information, and any video content). By submitting Content, you grant WeTal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share that Content with prospective employers or candidates as needed to operate the Platform. You may request deletion of your Content at any time, subject to section 8 of our Privacy Policy on retention.

We may review, moderate, and remove Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, is inappropriate for the Platform (for example, a misfiled document that is not actually a CV or a video with no usable content).

8. Intellectual property

The Platform itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WeTal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any WeTal intellectual property to you.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Third-party links and content

The Platform may link to or display content from third parties, including companies' own websites. We are not responsible for third-party content and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeTal disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeTal's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to WeTal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and WeTal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Swedish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or gross negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WeTal against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your misuse of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or where we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the Platform or its users. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
