How wetal works
A brokerage, not a job board. We carry the contract risk, you get engineers who are already screened and ready to start.
- 01Step 01
Tell us the role
A 30-minute call or a written brief. Stack, seniority, extent, start date, budget and whether on-site days in Sweden are needed.
Same day response, weekdays.
- 02Step 02
We shortlist from our bench
You get 3–5 anonymised CVs with rate, availability and a written motivation for each. No CV spam — we screen technically before you see anyone.
Typically within 24 hours.
- 03Step 03
You interview
We book the calls and sit in if you want. Free technical test assignment with any candidate you shortlist.
You decide the process.
- 04Step 04
We handle the paperwork
Swedish consultancy agreement, GDPR and IP terms, NDA, invoicing in SEK, monthly time reports. The consultant is contracted by wetal, not by you.
One invoice, one counterpart.
- 05Step 05
Onboard and follow up
Check-in after week one and monthly thereafter. Two-week replacement guarantee if the fit is wrong.
30 days notice after the first month.
Common questions
- What does the rate include?
- The hourly rate you see is what wetal invoices. It covers the consultant's fee, our brokerage, contract handling and follow-up. No recruitment fee, no takeover fee after 12 months.
- Who employs the consultant?
- The consultant contracts with wetal AB, and wetal contracts with you. You never handle foreign payroll, currency or compliance.
- Can they come on-site in Sweden?
- Yes. Most of the bench is EU/EEA-based and can travel for kick-offs, workshops or regular on-site days. Travel is invoiced at cost after your approval.
- What if the consultant isn't a fit?
- Tell us within the first 14 days and we replace them at no cost. After that, 30 days' notice applies.
- Minimum engagement?
- Part-time from 50% and one month minimum. Most assignments run 4–12 months.
