FileMaker Developer (Low-Code) – Long-Term Assignment (Remote OK)

We are currently looking for a FileMaker Developer to join a company based in Gothenburg, Sweden for a long-term assignment (minimum 6 months).

About the role

You will be working with a communications agency with strong editorial expertise. With a solid background in journalism, the company has successfully transitioned its knowledge into the digital era.

They offer both strategic and hands-on editorial communication across digital and print channels, including newsletters, web content, blogs, social media content, customer magazines, film, and annual reports.

In addition, the company organizes technical conferences—both on behalf of clients and independently—and publishes technical specialist books for the international market.

You will work with developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions built on the FileMaker platform. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and build efficient low-code applications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with FileMaker

Strong understanding of low-code / no-code development

Experience with database design and scripting in FileMaker

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Good communication skills in English

Nice to have

Experience with integrations (APIs, external systems)

Knowledge of UI/UX within FileMaker solutions

Previous experience working in agile environments
