Senior Systems Architect – Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform

We are building a multi-tenant SaaS platform from scratch and are looking for a Senior Systems Architect who has designed and built complex distributed systems — not just worked in them.

This is not a typical full-stack or web development role. We are looking for someone who operates at the infrastructure and architectural level, with deep technical ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will design and lead the core architecture of a next-generation SaaS platform, including:

Multi-tenant database architecture

Row-level vs schema-per-tenant vs database-per-tenant strategies

Partitioning, tenant isolation, and performance considerations

Long-term scalability design decisions

Federated / Distributed system architecture

Event sourcing

CQRS

Distributed coordination and consensus handling (where relevant)

Service boundaries and system-level guarantees

System-level programming

Foundational platform infrastructure

Concurrency, reliability, performance optimization

Designing systems that operate under real-world load

Who You Are

You have architected and built multi-tenant systems from the ground up

You have deep experience in distributed systems

You think in terms of trade-offs, isolation models, failure modes, and long-term scalability

You have operated at a senior architectural decision-making level

You are comfortable taking ownership of foundational technical direction

Bonus (Not Required)

Interest or experience in AI / LLM orchestration

Experience designing systems that integrate AI agents or inference workflows
