Senior IAM Specialist (Curity Identity Server)

Location: Remote (within EU time zones)

Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment

We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist with deep expertise in Curity Identity Server, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.

You will join a CIAM initiative aimed at implementing a Curity-based solution for customer identity management, authentication, and digital signing. The solution will serve external users, including travelers and service users within public transportation environments.

As an IAM Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of this CIAM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the organization’s IdP using Curity Identity Server

• Set up and maintain authentication and identification flows for different user groups, using suitable methods based on business needs

• Drive automation of deployments using CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process

• Act as a technical expert, designing and overseeing the development of complete system solutions that meet technical, regulatory, and business requirements

• Continuously monitor and implement security measures across the entire product delivery chain

• Ensure that the CIAM solution is scalable, secure, and efficient

• Collaborate closely with the operations provider to manage requests, integrations, and functional enhancements

• Design integration solutions enabling internal systems and applications to connect to the CIAM service, both in production and test environments

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders integrating with the CIAM platform

• Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement improvements

• Act as 3rd-line support for the CIAM solution

Requirements

• Proven experience with Curity Identity Server and IAM/CIAM architecture

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automated deployment pipelines

• Solid knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
