RF Antenna Engineer
We are seeking a skilled RF Antenna Engineer with a strong background in antenna theory, design, and testing. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems, optimizing performance, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute.
Responsibilities
Design, analyze, construct, and test advanced RF antennas and related components.
Work with impedance matching, phased array design, radiator structures (patch, dipole, etc.), and power divider design.
Characterize antenna performance through electrical testing, including:
VSWR
Isolation
Near- and far-field radiation patterns
Passive Intermodulation (PIM)
Utilize RF simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, MATLAB, or similar software for modeling and optimization.
Identify technical issues, evaluate data, and draw accurate engineering conclusions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and milestones.
Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools used in the development cycle.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or minimum Bachelor's degree) in Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in RF antenna engineering, with a solid understanding of established RF and antenna theory.
Strong knowledge of antenna design, analysis methods, and practical construction techniques.
Hands-on experience conducting antenna performance characterization and electrical tests.
Proficiency with RF simulation and modeling software (HFSS, CST, MATLAB, or similar).
Ability to analyze complex problems, establish facts, and develop sound conclusions.
Strong understanding of project workflows and engineering objectives.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
