Tech Lead

For our client we are looking for a Cross Product Coordinator that will take on the responsibility as Tech Lead for two of our brands e-com journey. You will be working in a big program that is responsible for setting and building an e-com solution, together with multiple internal product teams cross the organization as well as several external partners. The solution is a headless e-com platform using the latest and best in class technologies. 

 

You will belong to their Program Management Digital Experience team at Portfolio Brands Tech. The Portfolio Brands incorporate COS, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories, ARKET, Singular Society - all with high growth ambitions for the future. Portfolio Brands Tech aims to deliver technological solutions for the entire value chain for all our portfolio brands.  

 

As Tech Lead, you will (but not limited to): 

Play a key role working together with the brands e-com project teams; supporting and guiding them in technical discussions, solutions and recommendations Be responsible for overall technical scope and development of the project, continuously aligning with program organization, brands and program roadmap Be responsible for one work stream, ensuring readiness towards project timeline, alignment between brands, brands product teams, program organization and external partners

We believe that you are an experienced leader, used to navigate and take charge in environments with many stakeholders, internal as well as external. You are a hands-on initiator that has proven ability to create detailed plans and documentation. You have excellent communication skills to steer and guide multiple teams and partners involved. You have proven experience of working with e-com solution projects and have deep end-to-end understanding. You have the ability and understanding to individually take technical discussions leading to informed decisions.

Mandatory requirements

• Extensive technical depth and end-to-end understanding

• Extensive experience of Project management and technical knowledge (Agile WoW)

• Proven experience of complex e-commerce eco systems
