Job Title: UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to do a 2-3 week project. 

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
* Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with user needs and business goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
* 3+ years of professional UX design experience
* Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
