We’re looking for a skilled designer to help us develop an advanced sales tool, with a key focus on creating a highly interactive "Pitch Panel." This Pitch Panel will be a crucial part of the user experience, designed to be a small, always-visible section of the screen that remains active and responsive during calls.

Detailed Objectives:

Pitch Panel Design: Develop an interactive Pitch Panel that stays on-screen during calls, providing real-time prompts and responses based on the conversation. It should offer immediate, relevant suggestions and content to assist users as they engage with customers.

User-Centric Interface: Ensure the Pitch Panel is intuitive and seamlessly integrates with the call experience, providing actionable insights and content without disrupting the flow of the conversation.

AI Integration: Design features for the Pitch Panel to react dynamically to customer statements, displaying prompts and guidance tailored to the ongoing dialogue.

Additionally, the tool will include functionalities for call categorization, AI-generated scripts, performance tracking, and CRM integration, but the Pitch Panel will be the centerpiece of the design, essential for enhancing real-time user interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing real-time, interactive tools and a focus on user experience in sales environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to effectively communicate their ideas to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather feedback and improve designs
* Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with user needs and business goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
* 3+ years of professional UX design experience
* Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
