BoardClic combines research-based self and peer evaluations with actionable governance and ESG insights, industry benchmarks, competitor data and a unique best practice database, allowing boards to track performance, alignment and composition over time. BoardClic’s 30 employees serve more than 400 regulated organisations and active owners with 3 000 users in 50 countries around the world. Founded by board advisory experts in 2018 in Sweden, BoardClic operates out of offices in Stockholm and London.
About the tech team
Technologies
Our main platform is an no-nonsense Elixir and Phoenix based application where we make high usa of Phoenix Live View, Tailwind CSS.
At the moment we're also currently maintaining a legacy platform build on top of Ruby on Rails + Angular.
Product/Development process
We like to build our processes around what we believe works best for us. We've taken inspiration from the shape up-process and the agile manifesto in our product development process where we focus on and iterative road to quality.
The development process is build around industry-standard workflows. We use TDD, have a CI pipeline covering everything we deem to be important and ensure high code quality and alignment through code reviews.
