A marketing and sales company partnered with eXelor to transform Telegram into a fully automated sales and communication hub. It was aimed at having quicker responses, customized interactions, and scalable lead management without having to switch between tools. The new system transformed Telegram into a high-performance sales machine that enhanced interaction and increased the conversion rates.
Challenge
Telegram was already one of the primary communication methods of the company, but all the outreach, lead capture, and follow-ups were performed manually. Sales teams were multitasking, manually entering data into the CRM, and using personal reminders to keep track. This resulted in slow reactions, disjointed communication, and missed opportunities during peak activity. Leads that messaged via Telegram provided valuable intent signals, but none of this data was structured, analyzed, or connected to the company’s lead-management system. The business could not scale conversational interaction or provide consistent quality to all prospects without automation. The company needed a way to integrate Telegram directly into its sales infrastructure - capturing every message, understanding engagement, and triggering personalized follow-up activities automatically.
Solution
We have developed an automated communication and lead-management system that integrates Telegram with the CRM and marketing processes of the company completely. The solution logs all the incoming information in Telegram chats, such as contact information, history of interaction, intent indicators, and engagement metrics. This data is automatically connected to HubSpot and Pipedrive via API. The system uses n8n workflows to send personalized follow-ups, reminders, updates, and next-step prompts, all of which are specific to the behavior of each prospect. Sales teams are able to handle dozens of conversations at the same time and still sound personal and human. The whole infrastructure is developed based on Telegram Bot API, Python/Node.js services, and webhooks to capture dynamic data. Personalization is optional and powered by AI with OpenAI, which enables the system to adjust the tone, write context-sensitive responses, and multilingual communication. Everything is tracked with the help of Slack or Telegram dashboards, and the data is stored and processed with the help of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Google Data Studio.
Result
The company has greatly improved response times, which allows real-time interaction at scale. Personalized automated messaging increased interaction quality while reducing manual workload for sales teams. Conversations that previously required constant human supervision now progress smoothly through automated reminders, updates, and CRM-triggered actions. The system strengthened lead nurturing by delivering communication in the client’s preferred channel and language while maintaining consistency and relevance. Consequently, the level of engagement increased, the conversion rates rose, and the sales team acquired the ability to handle much more prospects at the same time. This integration laid the foundation for the next stage of conversational commerce. With the new automation hub in place, the company is ready to implement AI-driven segmentation, predictive outreach, and dynamic message personalization, transforming every Telegram chat into a measurable business opportunity.
