An international marketing firm representing hundreds of brands partnered with eXelor to modernize its enterprise-scale lead management infrastructure. The aim was to coordinate millions of leads across sources, automate campaign processes and keep data accurate irrespective of growth rate.

Challenge

Solution

eXelor designed a bespoke automation system linking all lead sources, CRMs, forms, ad platforms and email providers into a synchronized ecosystem. Incoming leads are enriched, validated and distributed in real time. Automated campaign logic triggers sequences based on segment and engagement history. Deep CRM integrations ensure immediate updates and a single dashboard gives marketers control over hundreds of projects. An optional AI layer uses GPT models to optimize campaigns and generate insights for smarter segmentation and adaptive decision-making.

Result
